One major holiday down and another one to go in less than a month. It's only been a week since Thanksgiving and I'm still tired. To be honest, I haven't even finished putting away my decorations and breaking down my table from that day, and here we are moving full speed ahead towards Christmas.
Even though I was the host for Thanksgiving, I can ease my mind a little since hosting Christmas will be someone else's responsibility. However, that doesn't mean I won't have to cook. My whole family will definitely pitch in to keep things easy, and I'll be responsible for one, maybe two dishes, but keeping things simple is the key to a much less tiring Christmas Day.
I wanted to share this easy No Bake Cheesecake with you that you can pull together super fast. There are only seven ingredients, and it takes about 10 minutes to make. All you have to do is whip everything together, pour into the ready-made graham cracker crust, and chill before serving. You'll feel good about cooking and might even walk away the star of the show.
No Bake Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 package cream cheese, softened
1 can condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 Tblspn vanilla
1 Tblspn whipped topping
1 graham cracker crust
1 package frozen strawberry topping
Instructions:
Add the first four ingredients to a bowl and blend together on low speed until combined well. Once mixed together, add in whipped topping and mix on medium speed until smooth. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least four hours (I prefer overnight) Remove from refrigerator once it has set, slice, and serve with thawed strawberries. Feel free to use any topping you enjoy, but the strawberries work so well here, and it’s what we have used forever. Enjoy!
